Session 8: Feasibility Study
Feasibility Study Framework
The following is a framework to be used in analyzing your proposed business venture. The framework consists of a series of questions that your previous research should help you to answer. Every so often, the series of questions will be interrupted and you will be asked to reflect on whether the opportunity you are evaluating is worth further study. Do not take these check points lightly. You are not doing this for anyone but yourself. Self-delusion will only lead to wasted time, effort, and money. If the opportunity is not worthwhile, either try to modify it or drop it and look for another.
