Let’s Have Lunch!

January is such a difficult month for so many people. No one likes to ask for help, admit they’re struggling or talk about their feelings… Sometimes speaking to a third party person, someone that has no judgement is the best way to solve a problem. Struggling in silence may only contribute to your stress and compound your issues.

Please Join us January 31st at 11:30 for a stress-free lunch! W.O.R.C will be covering the cost of this months luncheon as we know how overwhelming the new year can be… C.M.H.A will be joining us to enlighten everyone on how they can be of help.
